Current Experience
User Personas and Journeys
In this project, we developed three proto-personas to guide our design process and ensure we addressed the diverse needs of LaSalle University's student body. These personas represent a range of users, from prospective students exploring their academic options to current students managing their course registrations, and working professionals seeking further education. By mapping out their user journeys, we identified key pain points and opportunities for improvement, leading to a design that simplifies navigation, enhances accessibility, and supports each user's unique goals. These insights were pivotal in creating a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for all students at LaSalle University.
